Ok. Well doing the stupid mistake of not looking at the Motherboard Book. So we consulted the book and found out that the speed of the ram was not sufficent enough for the MOTHERBAORD!!!!!!! and it was only 533mhz and we ended up using at 667mhz RAM module and it WORKED. We do FAIL ROFL.

You must have missed this part, which would have solved your problem.

Make sure you have known good working Componets your replacing them with as well, and make sure they are compatible.
