No OS computers

Hi where can I get (online) good no OS computers, with everything else in there, assembled and tested.

Hmmm... assembled and tested without an OS will cost probably a little more than with an OS or at least the same. It would be cheaper and easier to get one with an OS and remove it when you receive it.
