I haven't really addressed any overheating/cooling issues, as I'm not sure what would be adequate for this build, would really appreciate some insight into that as well. Thanks!

Everything is compatible, however the power supply listed 2x 6+2 pins, your video card needs 2x 6 pins so you wont be able to crossfire your video card until you upgrade your power supply to 4x 6+2 pin, or 4x 6 pin. Also, you might wanna consider a case with more fans, that one only has 2 fans, and is not upgradeable, you might wanna consider these 2 cases:

I'd get a better motherboard that supports AM3+ incase you want to upgrade to Bulldozer more easily.
