Lol, I'm now a new loyal NewEgg customer!
I ordered some parts a month ago for the first time from NewEgg and a month later... my motherboard is dead (probably my fault) and I noticed that I received single sided tracers...
I sent in an RMA request for a refund (Upgrading to a DFI LP LT P35) and then emailed them about getting rid of the 15% restocking fee and it was done! 10 hours after I had emailed them (late at night, so they weren't working) they accepted my request and said I would get 0% restocking fee and even sent me a prepaid shipping label!
Too bad I had already mailed it via USPS... oh well, returning for free owns!
Thank God for the king of retailers! NewEgg.com!
