I've heard that building my own computer would be cheaper, and more efficient in the long run. Well I went out and scoured the web and these are the components that I came up with. I was hoping if someone could sorta help me out.

Processor: AMD A10-6700 Richland 3.7GHz Socket FM2 65W Quad-Core Desktop Processor AMD Radeon HD AD6700OKHLBOX

Motherboard: ECS A75F2-A2(1.0) FM2 AMD A75 (Hudson D3) SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 HDMI ATX AMD Motherboard

Case: TOPOWER TP-6208BB-450 Black SGCC 0.5mm ATX Mid Tower Computer Case 450W Power Supply

Ram: Apotop Altair Value 4GB (2 X 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3-1600 CL11 Dual Channel Kit Desktop Memory

Graphics Card: SAPPHIRE 100358L Radeon HD 7770 GHz Edition 1GB 128-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 x16 CrossFireX Support Video Card

Hard Drive: Western Digital WD Blue WD10EZEX 1TB 7200 RPM 64MB Cache SATA 6.0Gb/s 3.5" Internal Hard Drive - OEM

Optical Drive: LG Black Blu-ray Drive SATA Model UH12NS30 - OEM

Would these work?

Apotop Altair Value 4GB
That is a major off brand. Better to go low end with one of the established companies in memory. I like Corsair because it's a good product at a reasonable cost.
Only other thing I'd change is to kick the watts up to 650 on the power supply.

Bump your ram up to 8GB and go with either Corsair or Gskill and is this computer going to be used for gaming, If so you'll want 8GB of ram..
