New school year

And being nice to people I don't like is against mine.

I got another 4 weeks before school starts for me. My senior year....finally. >_< I need to get a part time job in the afternoon so then I can get out of school at 11...go to school at 8...get out at 11...that would be such a wonderful thing!

I could've graduated last year, but then I'd have to go straight into college at the age of 15-16. I also could've skipped 5th or 6th grade, but parents said no which in the end was a wise decision so then I won't have to go into college right after I get out of HS. I'll go to college in a couple years, but right now I'm just going to work and save up some cash.

what are you people at, universities? never heard of the term semester before.

My university goes by the quarter system (which consists of 10 weeks, plus one week dedicated for final exams).

For my particular major, 16 quarter credits (per quarter) is usually enough to graduate in four years, but being a public school, I always have to deal with the fact that sometimes the classes I need are not always available (e.g. they fill up by registration time)

After I finish this year (sophomore year), however, it should be a downhill slide.

Whew....I hate networking stuff. Don't know how people could do that for a living. Unfortunately for me, it's all or nothing in this field I don't want to do anything else and it's taken me quite a while to even decide on that. Definitely wasn't a spur of the moment "ehh I guess I'll get in the audio field"

It's an awesome field to be in once you're in... and seeing you now just starting classes, i think you will do fine.

my school has no tech classes unless you go to vo-tech which I am not allowed to do by my parents

i don't know if i've ever met any parents that wouldn't allow their kid to go to the school they choose, even if the kid's paying for it.

im in my senior year in high school and that starts in almost exactly a month for me and we go by semester which is around 18 weeks with 3 days for finals(for me it's only one day first semester and 2 half days second semester.

After that I'm going to a tech school 35 miles from here for a network specialist, which i already have some credits for.

then own microsoft, google. apple, intel, amd, nvidia, ati, and antec

World History (Atleast, I think it's World....)

Personal and Family Development (Home Ec)
Athletics (Volleyball)
Choir

No one told me the first 18 weeks of PC Repair 1/2 was going to be pure notes... I figured a few hundred notes a week, but not 4 hours of notes straight for that long. Reason it is 4 hours is because our 4th block and third block have all the same students...
