So I have a new PC

CPU: i5 2500k
MOBO: ASUS P8Z68-V/GEN3
RAM: Corsair Vengeance 2x4GB (This should be 1866 but it's 1333 :/)
PSU: Corsair GS800w
GPU: a shit 5770 :'(
CPU cooler: Corsair h80

Everything is updated with the latest drivers.

Okey so now for the first problem.

1) The RAM. So the frequency should be 1866 but it's actually 1333 which is really bugging me. So I went to the BIOS tried to change it to 1866 and It booted up, windows managed to load for a second then I got a bluescreen. So how to I change it.

2) The CPU, how to overclock it I know I have to :

Disable these:
Spread Spectrum
Overspeed Protection
C1E Support
Power Technology
limit CPUID maximum

Enable these:
Internal PLL Overvoltage
Execute Disable Bit
Intel Virtualization Tech

then what? Can I change the multiplier ? Or I have to do something more?

And this is really bothering me, why is the multiplier so low when I'm not doing much.

So please, the RAM issue is the main part of this.... since the cpu is already a lot powerful than the 5770 It wouldn't boost my performance that much, I think ?!??! Please help me :)
