The GPU will not allow ALL high settings, but you come pretty close. I know you're looking at a 6850, and it's possible to softmod those to a 6870 depending on the card, but you may consider upping the card to a 69xx series card, or a GeForce GTX 570, and that card will definitely run most things on the highest settings, depending on resolution.
