New PC Build 2010

OK scratch everything lets start over from scratch... With a 600-650 budget and everything that ill be doing with this PC stated in the first post

I'm still learning a lot about the difference between AMD and Intel but what I've seen so far is that Intel does a better job at handling processor heavy applications, which most editing programs are. I'm getting ready to build a Editing/Gaming comp and from what I have seen in benchmarks the Intel handles better in the adobe and other rendering programs.

This Intel chip has better benchmarks and is cheaper then the AMD price equivalent.
Only problem with that Processor is that its a 775 socket and the 775 socket is quickly coming obsolete with the i3/5/7 processors based on the 1156 socket.

Other suggestion is for 15 bucks more you can get-

Which would last you longer seeing as you would have a 1156 socket board that you could get a more powerful processor down the road.

Check that out all you have to do is add a video card and you are in WAY under the AMD build you have and its more power. Newegg combo are pretty much amazing.
