New motherboard? or warranty?

i've got a crappy or somewhat defective Intel Desktop Board model D915GAV. It's always giving me trouble like an unstable computer and also things like Age of Empires III, 3D Mark 05, stronghold 2 etc. wont install nor work correctly. no matter how many things i try 2 make them work they don't, i'm convinced all these problems are related 2 the motherboard. So i requested enhanced intel e-mail support and i havn't gotten a reply yet. do you guys think i should see if they will replace it or repair it using a warranty or just buy a new board?

u can check wheather they really have replaced or repaired that coz u can note the serial number of that motherboard they cannot cheat that easily..
