new laptop

I am currently looking for a new laptop that has at least 4 hours of battery life and can play newer games at medium to high settings. My price range is around 1200. A few things to keep in mind are seeing as i am starting high school and college next year i need it for notes in class so smaller is better. I will also be biking to school every morning so being thin and or light is helpful but not required.
