hey, i was thinking of purchasing a new laptop as, well my old one is just not worth even trying to upgrade.

so i found this

and was wondering if it was compatible with this RAM

im open to any other suggestions of laptops/memory, but have a budget of £500 max. oh and also try to keep the technical terms quite simple because im not a computer genius.

ALSO i was wondering if the laptop could act as a media extender, so i could watch live tv through it? if not is it only possible to do this through a set top box/xbox 360.
