yes, it can. I recommend you go with AMDs new processor, the AMD Turion CPU. By far, it is the WORLDS MOST EFFICIENT PROCESSOR ever created, having the most power and using the least energy. Lets put it this way. They put a 4000+ in a normal desktop with dual 6800GTs at the AMD plant and tested it on 3DMark05 and got 11000, and then they put a Turion Ma 40 in and ran the same test with the same EXACT setup. It scored 13,500!!! The Turion truly is the Pentium M killer it was made to be. Check out this badass laptop.

Both of these however must be configured to use 128MB of RAM to even think about playing those games u mentioned, especially BF2! The one below is what you NEED to play BF2.
