This system is basically for playing SWTOR for now. But want to leave my opinions open for other uses i might need for it. Also would like to make this a system to last an

you probably could drop the power supply to a standard/builder 750 watt, assuming you will always go for the single card solution.
Newegg.com - CORSAIR Enthusiast Series TX750 V2 750W ATX12V v2.31/ EPS12V v2.92 80 PLUS BRONZE Certified Active PFC High Performance Power Supply

the hard drive that you picked out is a 'green' version. it spins slower and powers off to save energy. good for media, not so good for a main drive. might i recommend:
Newegg.com - SAMSUNG Spinpoint F3 HD103SJ 1TB 7200 RPM 32MB Cache SATA 3.0Gb/s 3.5" Internal Hard Drive -Bare Drive

RAM - whichever one looks nicer with the color scheme? theres no difference.

i think noctua makes good HSF's. ill let someone else recommend.

i dont think asrock is the best manufactured board out there. i think generally people have the best luck with asus, gigabyte, and maybe msi. i think its a really expensive motherboard. are you buying features that you will actually use? unless theres something that you really need on that one, i recommend the one that i have for half the price:

Newegg.com - ASUS P8Z68-V LE LGA 1155 Intel Z68 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard with UEFI BIOS

also i slightly take back on the ram. watch out for ram with gigantic looking heatspreaders, because they can sometimes get in the way of the hsf.
