New ebay gaming build any good please help

ok so here are the specs and its just the tower

Intel I5 2500k
Asrock p67
8gb pqi ddre 1333mhz ram
2tb western digital or seagate hdd
650 psu
Case is Huntkey I-427

This comes to a total of $716 australian dollars

I am having second thoughts about it but i have already purchased it. It at least comes with a p67 chipset so i can overclock it but i cant install a watercooler in it later when i want to really push the cpu. The mobo brand is probs not the best quality and the ram is also questionable lol i am not even sure what brand the psu is i am waiting for a response back from the seller to find out.

just peoples opinion on the build and whether its a good deal? And also if it will run all latest games on max settings when i get a graphics card for it. I also want it to last a couple years runing games on max settings so i dont have to upgrade.

you don't list a video card. if this is using on board, playing games at max settings may prove difficult
