New computer won't start

Hmmm, do you have the four pin power connector plugged in? Also, does the mobo need a 24 pin power connector and your psu has a 20? Cause that could cause the problem.

No, it's all correctly hooked up. I might just take it to comp usa or best buy...

let's see... try swapping the memory on the slots... when i encountered this kind of problem,swapping the memory always helped me a lot...

I've heard actually that you can just ignore the 4 and it'll work okay strangely...

Anyhow, yeah, i'd advise getting it checked out. The motherboard might actually have something wrong with it
