I want to stick with INTEL..

I was wondering compatibility issues...I also have GFX, and HDD etc...etc.

Also, does the CPU come with a stock fan a thermal paste?

it works out cheaper and you will get much more performance out of it. With the memory you chose, all of that will work together.

The CPU does indeed come with stock heatsink, fan and preapplied thermal paste
