Ah I see, done and done, thanks again for all your help Mguire I'm glad I checked again before I made a foolish mistake.

After looking and hopefully picking the right one, the Samsung 250GB SSD 840 EVO SATA 6Gb/s Basic I actually end up a little better off monetarily.

My final question would be would it be worth upgrading the Motherboard from the Micro to the fullsized one for £9 or just stick with the micro?

Not much of a reason to go full atx unless you plan to add a lot of cards later.
