About your GFX post, the HD 4870 will be ~$350 it seems, anything you can suggest less than that, or would I be better going back to my 8800's?

There is the HD 4850. It will still perform slightly better than the 9800GTX and price tag will be around $229 which is very good. There will be no shortage of supply at launch as opposed to the HD 4870 cards.

Just to note, when is the release date of the P5Q-E?

Supposed to be around mid-June, same time as the new GPUs. If you really can't wait then there is always the P5E.
