The cable linked is weather and UV protected. Only thing that needs to be done is try and protect areas that rub during wind movement.

Definitely my Wi-Fi.
Here's the speed out in my building on Wi-Fi
Here it is on my other pc with Ethernet using a USB to Ethernet adapter.
Now of course the upload speed is limited by my internet plan.
I'm thinking of running the cable to my building, running it down the side of the building using proper cable clamps and through the floor so that I don't have to drill through the wall.
I can get the following clamps.

Another note, USB ethernet adapters slow down and add latency as well.

True, however on that PC the two ethernet ports are faulty so I had no choice.

Tempting, but I'd be limited to Wi-Fi speed and that's not gonna work.

A PCIe AC wireless card with a good antenna would preform better than a wireless usb. Although going wired would be better, but I do not know how you were planing to run wired when your ethernet ports are not working
