Hi All
Really hope you can help.
I've set up a remote access door control panel on my network and I would like to control it from home.
The problems!
The access control panel does not show as a wired connection on my router!
The access control gets assigned an ip from the router and mac address.
I can access the control panel when connector to the LAN network.
I can't access the access control from any other network.
Things I have tired.
I have set up port forwarding using the ports recommend by the manufacture 60000. also tried other common and un common ports on TCP and TCP/UDP
Best effort I have got up to is "unable to get SSL"
The access control is:
2- Door Entrypro MK2 TCP/IP Access Controller
Router is Netgear DGND3700v2
Running Windows 7
Any advice on where I may be going wrong and what to try will be greatly appreciated
Thanks
Chris
