Hi All

Really hope you can help.

I've set up a remote access door control panel on my network and I would like to control it from home.

The problems!

The access control panel does not show as a wired connection on my router!
The access control gets assigned an ip from the router and mac address.
I can access the control panel when connector to the LAN network.
I can't access the access control from any other network.

Things I have tired.

I have set up port forwarding using the ports recommend by the manufacture 60000. also tried other common and un common ports on TCP and TCP/UDP

Best effort I have got up to is "unable to get SSL"

The access control is:
2- Door Entrypro MK2 TCP/IP Access Controller

Router is Netgear DGND3700v2

Running Windows 7

Any advice on where I may be going wrong and what to try will be greatly appreciated

Thanks

Chris

Hi

Yes that's right

I'll set my laptop up with my personal hotspot on my iphone and try to connect to the access control panel using the IP address for example 92.26.233.81:60000 and forward port 60000 to local ip 192.168.0.124
