Netbook Bluetooth failing to send files

I was wondering if anyone has had the same hassles. I've got a Lenovo s10e netbook and have had the broadcom bluetooth up and running fine, everything paired and exchanging files nicely..all of a sudden I get the error "sending failed". This happens on both my phones. I've reinstalled the software and drivers. The device works in my Ubuntu operating system that I ran off my USB stick so its the Windows software that's failed. Apart from formatting and reinstalling Windows...any ideas??? I run XP and both my phones work with each other so they're fine! thanks Zelda
