Need some major help.

I'm doing a project in powerpoint on disassciative personality. This is when you have like 2 personalities. Anyhow, I want like a picture of a face, where one half is one color, and the other half is another. Anyone can do this in PS? I need it to be a certain orange, and the other side like a light orange...I can give more details if someone can do this..Thanks
