Need some advise, what is the best VPN

Hey guys, i just found out, the hard way, that my vpn service actually logs my activity for 30 days.

Can anyone recommend a service that fast, secure, doesnt log anything about your activity, and does fall under US laws.

I have looked up on several different sites but I cant seem to come to a consensuses regarding which is the best service out there.

how would you say their speeds are? My current service drops my 22megs to around 8megs down. How much would PIA affect my speeds??

I'd say that entirely depends on which node you connect to.
