The PSU volts are fine.

There's an article at OCF that explains the GTL settings way better than I ever could from messing around with them. I'll try and dig it up for you.

wow, sorry dude, didn't see the pm, my bad, back to the oc, I would do what everyone suggested, default everything and start from scratch, a good starting point would be to find what clock speed and FSB are stable with just stock vcore, then up the vcore from there, also most will tell you to ignore the bios vcore display and use cpu-z, it'll give you a more accurate reading after vdroop and such, my bios setting is a full half volt off from my cpu-z setting...
