need help with realone player

the media browser in my realone player is corrupted. i can play a song in it thats on my hard drive but if i click on my library, or show media browser or just try to open the player by clicking on the icon a box opens saying that the realone player has caused a error and will be shut down. i cant find a troubleshooter for it. i dont want to uninstall it if theres other options, its completly updated and would take up alot of time on a 56k modem. any help would be appreciated. thanks dan

I don't have too much experience with RealOne player (because i hate it) but I really doubt there's any way around reinstalling

Real one

If you can get Broadband, then Realone allows a re-download in "My Account" which only takes 4to 5 minutes. Otherwise you'll have to download conventionally which will take ages, so go out and have a beer.

NO - but its jolly useful for music and video also
