ok i have been messing around with this for a little but i still dont get how to add a image on another image like alot of you have. A pic of a anime person with a car in the other background.

Hmm, learning is a long and tedious journey... Ok, enough with that mystical bull crap k basically you cut out the render, eraser, or whatever other method you like, then you highlight the layer and basically drag it to the layer you want.

Yes basically you have the two images open. Select the regular cursor which will be the top right button on your long skinny left toolbar, select the image you want to put on the other image by clicking and holding down, then dragging to the other image. Make sure the Mode is set to RGB Color though.
