Need help upgrading

To tell you the truth I don't even remember how I figured out whether my Dell was ATX/MATX =/

edit: I figured it out how I figure out the form factor. I googled specs for my machine and there was this:

Form Factor: Micro Tower
Which means MATX

edit 2: From this: http://reviews.cnet.com/desktops/dell-xps-400-desktop/4505-3118_7-31530074.html

I think you have an ATX case. You have a 375W PSU, which if you want to do more upgrades in the future, I would buy a 600W or so. Unfortunately you RAM is becoming out-dated. It is DDR, standard is becoming DDR2.

Here's the thing. MATX fits into ATX, but not the other way around. I'm almost sure that your Dell is ATX as it is not listed other wise (ATX is standard). If they didn't help you at all, try to find a friend with an ATX PSU and see if it fits. If I were you I would upgrade PSU and CPU. If there's money left-over you can upgrade RAM and Video Card.
