Need help on cloud playout services

I am associated with a TV channel network that is looking for broadcast solutions for showing custom ad content in USA. I have contacted with Amagi.com that focuses on future tv technology. Amagi has CLOUDPORT advance channel playout software that can do the job. But is this the best technology solution available in the global market?
Suggest me technical solution to my requirement. Are there similar products available from other media technology companies? Please suggest.
