It's not easy taking screenshots in game. You can't exactly take photos of yourself and NPCs like Psycho and Jester won't hold still and online MP is even worse as no one holds still. 3D Renders and Concept Art are your best shot. The one that shows his entire body as well as info about the suit shows the entire body so it should be good resource material. If you need more I'd be more than happy to look for more detailed renders for you but I can't get that good of screen shots, someone with 2 9800GTXs maybe but not me.

you can get a nanosuit 3d model (of Nomad) that can be imported and used in Source games (Garry's mod)

i dont have garrys mod sadyly either. im also not at home still at my grand mothers.
