Need help choosing SSD Boot Drive

Hi, I'm trying to find a SSD to use as my boot drive, here is a link to my computer specs. I'm extremely incompetent when it comes to computers, so I thought somebody here may be willing to help.

I have installed gtx560 ti and a new 650 volt PSU, but no other changes. Thanks in advance for the help.

I think that my computer is not Sata 3, would it be ok to use a sata 3 SSD or do I need to buy a Sata 2? Also, how can I confirm that my computer is Sata 2?

I don't believe that it has a Sata 3 port. It would say it.
But that's okay, You can still connect it to your sata port enough tho it's sata 3, I've done it before! You just wont get your full 6G/b speed though. I would get the SSD anyways. I don't believe there is a ssd out there thats not sata 3... Who knows one day your motherboard will go to crap and you will have to get one with sata 3.
