Need help building CPU for gaming.

I am going to build (if i'm up to it) or just pay a pro to build it, well besides the point. I need help choosing the stuff. I dont want to bottleneck it, or anything like that. I need help chosing a motherboard, graphics card, cooling and anything else I am missing. I just want a motherboard and stuff that will fit everything. Also, the stuff I chose is pretty cheap, If you can make it alot better (up to $1000) that would be greaaaaaaat. I want to play GTA IV and other games on highest settings. Thanks!

just a couple things on it, go with WD black not green as it is faster also do you really need a sound card? Unless you have a full plug in sound system it is pretty useless
