lets say i have something i exchanged because it wasnt working rite, and the one they gave me for the exchange doesnt work also, is it possible for me to refund the one i got from the exchange. i read the return policy and couldnt find anything

Yeah, if something doesnt work then you gotta take it back. What is it...

Is someone buying DVD's, copying them...then taking them back..

No...just me?

They have their own policy, and it's different for each shop. Ring them up and ask them. I had a problem with a graphics card in a shop over here in the UK, and they said if you have 3 ones which don't work, we will give you a refund. They can also use their own 'discrescion' - whether they feel like it or not - and give you a refund before they normally do.

yeah, it all depends on the store you got it from. Just ask for your money back, I'm sure they'll be happy to give it back.

I doubt it Tommy. Most shops will simply give you B Grade stuff (items which have been returned working within 30 days of them being bought) as this is cheapest for them. Very few will give you a refund if you've had it more than 30 days.
