i don't want a cheap one but i don't want a costly one...

any suggestions?

i want a good fast PC

I think you need to search TF. Theres several threads that start out exactly like this. Not to mention, its in the wrong section.

Post this in "hardware." I suggest making a custom one. Let every one help, oh and tell them exactly what you'll be using it for. Videos.. music.. just notepad etc
