Need a case

I'm building a computer for my dad but I'm stuck on the case. He needs a case that'll fit under his desk easily which means that it has to be less than 18" tall. I can't find any cases in that size range that support atx and cost less than $150. Does anyone have any suggestions? He doesn't want anything too flashy.

I don't know if I really like Lian li. The CM elite 310 looks really neat though
