Nap-Time Often Interupted

Whilst lately almost everything on my computer has been running with no problems, one thing that continuslely annoys me is that when my computer's screensaver comes on, the screensaver is randomly interupted (with that wonderful sound) anyway I know I could just turn off the speaks. I really don't know what could be doing this.... and this my friends is where I need some help!

u can mute windows by clicking the volume icon in the system tray and check mute. If the icon isnt there, you'll need to goto control panel and double click sounds and audio devices (xp) and check show volume control in system tray

or try to edit the screensaver config in the screensaver tab in display properties

I know it doesn't seem as if the properties are causing this i think this more of a program oriented prob. i just would like to know how to find/ stop the program from interupting the screensaver!
