Blasphemy! Thats what it is - MSDN.exe indeed! I don't think there is even an MSDN.exe process in existance! If it gets better when you stop this process - then Search for MSDN.exe in the seach - they're normally in Windows/Common Files/...Whatever... I'm not sure its a Virus - it sounds like a Bug; sending peroidic information about the computer? What you're doing? Etc Etc and so on. Either way - it could be in Common Files - searching should bring it up if it is a bug. Like GMT and wupdater
