Yeah, stock should be fine, but I am a big fan of the vigor monsoon III (obviously). It will keep your temps very low and will help your CPU to live longer, but I doubt its much of a problem. The 940 is a good overclocker though.

4GB of memoery is about the sweet spot with Vista 64-bit. Unless your doing any editing, you'll be fine.

The OEM cooler is fine at default CPU settings. If you plan to overclock, than an aftermarket cooler is in your future.

No he already had like $50 on the card, so plus this it went over the limit, so after he pays that off it will all be good.
