Just got it the mail today.. i've been playing around with it for awhile and i've got the core at 815mhz @ 65C, 100% stable and still oc'ing it. I can update you on my shader and mem overclock if you want.. idk why its overclocking so good maybe the jump to 55nm really did help out

also im pretty sure it blows the doors off both of those cards

EDIT: After im done overclocking my shader and memory ill post my gpuz screen and temps. So Far: 840mhz core artifacts.. Seems like 815-820 is where im stuck at. Mem is at 1025 and still going

Mine couldn't hit anywhere near 800 core, and that was with a Thermaltake Duorb hardly hitting 50C.

Plus the fact that the 9600GT has only 64 stream processors, where my 8800GT has 112.
