My monitor will not wake up

I have it all hooked up but it says:

There is no signal coming from you computer. Press any key on the keyboard or mouse to wake it up or the input button on your monitor to switch to another source.

The problem is that my mouse and keyboard are wireless. So I have to install the drivers to use them.

And I don't have anything on the hard drive yet consequently.

Please give me a solution, I really don't want another day to pass with my new PC just sitting here.

I don't think you really need drivers to setup a wireless keyboard. I didn't install my keyboard drivers and it's working great. Make sure you have batteries installed in your wireless keyboard. Mine takes 2x AAA batteries.

Sounds like maybe you have a bad video card. Do you have another one you can try? Or maybe the vid card isn't seated properly? Just double check everything and get back to us.

make sure theres a power connector connected to the vid card
