im going to be building my first computer and was wondering if all the hardware that i chose will work nicley together :)

Yup, that should all work very nicely together.

You wont need the Intel PRO/1000 GT adapter as the motherboard has a built in 10/100/1000Mbps LAN chipset.
 
850 would be way to much for your build, i would recommend something from corsair 550w or 650w, dont remember what price their going for but corsair makes good power supplys unless u want to go modular
