My foreign course to take

I have been puzzled by the course I will enrol. There are several options for me to choose but I don't know which the best to choose is. They are all the best in my mind. (with a snip-snip here) , (and a snip-snip there) and (here a snip, there a snip everywhere a snip-snip) are the options. I hope someone can give me some constructive suggestions. Any help would be appreciated!

Given an option I would nursing, It interests me the most so I would imagine I would pay the most attention to.
