Hello,

After 2 month of deliberation and many many threads, I think I'm finally ready to order my parts. WoW who new it will be that much! Guys can u please, take a close look at all the parts that I have carefully selected and see if I need any kind of modifications. I had to order parts from 2 different websites newegg.com and ncix.com Keep in mind this is a Gaming rig, that will undergo a serious Overclocking! I might change the HDD capacity from 500 each to 750 each (not sure et) & maybe I'll add that bigfoot NIC Card. I also currently own a 24 LCD and 2 top of the line soundcards +keyboard…etc

Wow,, but seriously, you do not need 800W even for a 9800GTX SLI setup. IMO that PSU is a waste of money.

Apart from that, well just WOW!

Does the RAM have CAS 4 timings?

Yes it has 4 timings, is it a good ram? or should I go for like 1066 and @ it? i will rethink the PSU decision.

Thank you

wow

wernt they like 1,300 last year?

U are talking about something different, this CPU just came out like 1 month ago.

It's one of the new 45nm quads. Came out around a month ago like Zer0Cool said.

Yes, it's good RAM, I personnally prefer Corsair XMS2 but it's your money. 1066 RAM will give a negligible performance increase because of the limitations an Intel platform has with the FSB and NB memory controller.
