Once you find out which processes are the ones eating up your resources, find out what they do. If you can't tell just from the process name, try googling the process name, or post the process name here and we may be able to tell you what it is. After you find out what it is, if it is a non-system critical process then you can end it, and remove it from your startup also. If your not sure if its critical, or if you should end it, post the name of it here and we'll tell you.
My System Cache is using alot of Physical Memory and I set to use more Memory on Sytem Cache still does it. If I get more like 256mb more will that help?
