hey everyone,
i recently got a new computer and when i try to reboot it, through windows it just starts to restart then the screen goes black and does nothing, then i have to turn off the computer and then turn it back on, can any one help me, and another thing what is a good video card that is fairly priced, i have a fx5200 and its not very good
