my computer restarts almost everytime i tried to run a game

What are your PC specs?

Instead of posting that error code , try and write down the error code from BSOD (Blue screen of death) and post that. It will look something like this

STOP: 0x00000000 (0x00000000, 0x00000000, 0x00000000, 0x00000000)

The blue screen error will be more helpful than the one you posted.
