MW2 Program to mod online rank?

I was wondering, if there was any program that you can use to mod your online rank on xbox 360. Or do you need a Jtag?

from what i know you have to be invited into a "challenge lobby" my friend did it on his ps3 it costed him 20 dollers from the psn store to enter but the guy let him in and now hes compleated everything. im pree shure there something simmaler for the xbox you just need 2500gp to trade =)
