Regardless if you use an AMD or an Intel set up, you should be using either an ITX or an m-atx motherboard for this build. The board your posting is a full sized ATX board and that will severely restrict you for getting a htpc case for under a counter or a shelf

I was having a hard time finding a smaller mobo that was would put out 4k @ 60hz on a 2.0 or better HDMI without it costing much more - other than an Asrock and following the disaster on my daughters build using an Asrock mobo - I would NOT buy another one. Terrible Customer service - cannot talk to a person, and they sent a DOA replacement MOBO that was not even the same model as the returned MOBO.
