MS Outlook 2000

User received a email message containing a .jpg file pasted in the main email. When the user attempts to print this email to a local printer she find that the .jpg image does not print. Instead the print out only has an empty box with the .jpg file extension attached.

Does anyone know how to correct this so that the image prints correctly?

can she see the email picture or does she try and print it without looking at it first?
