mp4 player problem

when i tried to update the filmwire and my mp4 player has gone blank as white screen!!!!

how can i restore it bk???

version: 9.0.50
with 2gb...

as i brought it from ebay from hong kong from 3 months ago....

i have used those tools before and still cant find the mp4 player on the computer...

how can i restore it???? i am stuck here...
